Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions before you book? This FAQ is here to help you feel confident and at peace about your next step. Below you’ll find answers about my coaching and prophetic processing sessions, how to prepare, what to expect, and which option best fits your season. If you’re still not sure where to start, I recommend booking the free consultation so we can talk it through together.
What’s the best place to start?
If you’re unsure which service to book, start with the Free Consultation. It’s a simple, no-pressure way to share what you’re navigating and get clarity on the next best step.
What happens during the free consultation?
We’ll briefly talk through what you’re currently facing, what you’re hoping for, and which session type best fits your needs. You’ll leave with clarity on where to begin and what to book next.
What’s the difference between Spiritual Growth Coaching and Implementation Coaching?
Spiritual Growth Coaching is focused on your relationship with God, spiritual maturity, identity, and inner growth.
Implementation Coaching is focused on follow-through—helping you apply what God is saying in real life with practical next steps, structure, and accountability.
What is “Next Steps” coaching?
Next Steps is for the moments when you need clarity and direction—when you’re feeling stuck, torn between options, or unsure what to do with what you’re sensing. It’s designed to help you move forward with peace and a clear plan.
What is “Full Processing” and who is it for?
Full Processing is a deeper session for unpacking what God is doing or saying in your season—especially if you’re carrying a lot (multiple questions, repeated patterns, a heavy decision, or a prophetic word you don’t know what to do with). The goal is clarity, alignment with Scripture, and actionable steps forward.
Do you help process prophetic words?
Yes. If you’ve received a prophetic word (or several) and you’re unsure how to interpret it, apply it, or wait on it wisely, processing helps you sort through it in a grounded, Scripture-aligned way—so you can respond with peace instead of pressure.
Are sessions online?
Yes—sessions are held virtually (online). After you book, you’ll receive the confirmation and all the details you need to join at your scheduled time.
How do I prepare for a session?
A few simple ways to prepare:
- Take a minute to pray and write down what you most want clarity on
- Bring any notes, Scriptures, or prophetic words you want to discuss
- Think about the outcome you’re hoping for (peace, direction, a plan, confirmation, etc.)
Will I leave with practical next steps?
Yes—my goal is not just encouragement, but clarity you can act on. You can expect to walk away with a clearer understanding of what to focus on next and how to move forward.
How often should I book coaching?
That depends on your season and your goals. Some people book a single session for clarity, while others book ongoing coaching for support, growth, and accountability over time. If you’re not sure, the consultation can help you decide.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes. If you’re looking to book a workshop (for a church, ministry, team, or group), use the Book a Workshop option. I’ll follow up with next steps to confirm the topic, format, and details.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share is treated with care and confidentiality, within reasonable limits and with integrity.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health care. Coaching is focused on spiritual growth, discernment, mindset, and practical next steps.
What if I’m in crisis or need mental health support?
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency number right away. If you’re looking for clinical mental health support, a licensed therapist is the best fit, and I’m happy to encourage you to seek that care alongside spiritual support.
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Your booking confirmation includes the latest details for rescheduling/canceling.
